The Best Recreation Place in Summer

Summer is coming now in the north of the earth, then the weather become hot again. Due to the hot weather, most of people will choose stay at home all day instead of outside. However, we cannot stop participating the activities or sports, in contrary, we need more activities to help us store energy. Then some people will ask where we can go for sports in the hot weather during summer? I think the best recreation place should be the park.

Living in the urban, usually we can see many people get together to sing and dancing in the public square, especially in summer’s afternoon. It is a really good time to go to the public square or an outdoor park for sports recreation. The air "smells" crystal clear. Your nose perks up in wonder. For those of us in cities with smog and stagnant air, we feel incredibly powerful through our senses.

At this time, you can participate some sports, such as basketball, soccer, football or start your own recreation. The parks are full of single people and friends begging for group sports recreation. Some of these pickup games involve former college and semi-pro players that refuse to give up their passion for the sport.

We know the trails always the most charming place in a park, with woods and rivers or lakes of water. They are always common in outdoor parks. On busy weekends the trails look like rush hour on Monday morning. Bicycles, joggers, skaters and walkers compete for the pine mulch softness and escape of a well groomed trail.

Again, you can learn dancing by following others if you are interesting in it. Of course, if you are a dancer, you are surely able to teach other citizens, then not only you can make more friends, but also you may have more chance to show yourself and can get more pleasure from it. Imaging that you are in such a quiet surrounding, smelling the fresh air and dancing with your companions, it must be beautiful and enviable scenery.

In fact, there are many place you can go in summer, such as go fishing in the pond. Thus, it is a incorrect and unscientific idea that we should not take more exercise in summer. In order to have a good health, you should not stop moving. Beside that, we also need to keep healthy eating habits. In a word, life is movement. As long as keep “doing”, we can surely get a good health.
